For the last two weeks I have set up studio on a beautiful Dutch Barge, working on possibly the most unusual project I’ve ever been involved in with at The House of Curves a London animation and visual effects studio working on film and TV.
The House of Curves have recently completed some very high profile work, including titles sequences for The Inbetweeners Movie , a forthcoming Charlie Brooker TV series and a huge project for a secret client, soon to be unveiled at the end of this month
They’ve taken this opportunity to look at their brand, website and promotional plans, bringing in Resonant Design and I to help revamp the whole public face of the company.

The unveiling of the work happens in mid-July and I’ll post a full project then, but right now I can say that i’ve been spending a lot of time in kayaks, canoes and on pedalos (as well as in the studio with pens and pencils) and it’s been more fun than any job really should be.
You can find sneak peeks, sketches, photos of the work-in-progress and more by liking The House of Curves Facebook Page on Facebookand following them on twitter (@house_of_curves) or instagram at @thehouseofcurves.

And here’s The first look at the new business cards….

The rear of each individual card is hand-stamped with a detail of one of our ‘Sirens’, then thermo-embossed over a naked flame to produce a relief silver seal.

The Sirens also feature on The House of Curves stationery, and as a soon-to-be-completed mural on Holly, the animation & visual effects studio’s Dutch Barge on the regents canal.
