I was really excited to continue the success of my recent PrintSpace workshop in August, to running further sessions at my favourite art shop CASS ART in Islington London this September.  Continuing with the promotion of experimentation through mixed media, this time the theme taking shape of fashion illustration. The two hour session began with looking at a set of processes and decisions when creating a multi layered illustration. My male portraits for T3 Magazine out now… Thanks guys for making me feature artist! How and what I used for my recent Live Painting at The Printspace Gallery. For those who couldn't make it to the very busy and energetic launch of Drawn at The Printspace Gallery, a couple of weeks ago,  which included live painting by myself and Reeps One, you'll be pleased to know that the guys at The Printspace have cut an awesome video capturing all the best bits! A little sneak of my new piece for my Miss Led Letters project. I really wanted to take the idea of lettering and hair to a more complex style rather than just as a silohette as previously seen early in the year. Hope to finish this off after a few new commissions are underway. ...

It seems to be the year of expos. I'm delighted to be involved in another awesome group show. Drawn is the launch night of two weeks of talks, workshops and events at the Printspace, Shoreditch. Very excited to be showing with some crazy talented illustrators and designers. I'll also be drawing live for an hour at the Thursday event!! Last Thursday night, 71a Gallery, Shoreditch hosted the launch night of Not For Rental Project . The exhibition, produced by Little White Lies and directed by Timba Smits held over 2oo original artworks by some incredible talent, focusing on film but keeping the film title and artist identity to the back cover of the vintage VHS cases.  After much deliberation I finally decided on my film choice and character. Only using graphite and charcoal on watercolour paper I wanted the drawing to illustrate the opulent and sensual tones of the film using lots of detail and extra elements. I hope you like!   ...

My second front cover. And first article feature in Wales. Lets hope this is the first of many. Tracing my Welsh heritage though family influences, early painting and adventures - hours spent painting over the Bwlch, coastal walks through castle ruins, stepping stones over rivers.
